Interesting article by Sam Altman on how AI will change our lives Three Observations.

Interesting, clear reflections on how AI will gradually integrate into our lives.

From what I would like to highlight:

For the majority, innovation will be implemented unnoticed. Example: transistors fundamentally changed the world, all electronics work on them, but most people in the world do not know what they are and how they function (meanwhile, they continue to enjoy the picture from the TV and watch series). The same will happen with AI models.

“Correctly deciding what to do and figuring out how to navigate an ever-changing world will have huge value;” - it seems that more and more value is being brought not by how to do something, but by what to do (and what not to do). Soon anyone can “create an Instagram app,” the other question is what exactly will be created will still be understood by those who will shape the future.

“The price of many goods will eventually fall dramatically (right now, the cost of intelligence and the cost of energy constrain a lot of things), and the price of luxury goods and a few inherently limited resources like land may rise even more dramatically.” - an interesting reflection that some virtual values will be free (like reels now), while owning land will become even more expensive and complicated.

And in the end, the idea comes to mind that inevitably we will all live much better. For example, now everyone (including the poorest segments of the population) has more goods than the richest (members of royal families) literally 200-300 years ago.
