💡 The main idea I pulled from Code with Claude yesterday is that it’s no longer enough to just vibe-code through Claude Code. The real power lies in building infrastructure that automates routine tasks by itself.

I've been doing this for a while now: every morning I get summaries of texts from key sources, analyze tasks for the day, draft responses to emails on specific recurring topics, and automatically distribute posts from this channel in English to LinkedIn (the last one hit 800k views with 0 extra time spent), analyze and generate insights for the nonprofit I help with, and so on. But the path to 100% automation is still very far away.

Finding nodes that can be automated, describing them well, dividing them into deterministic and nondeterministic blocks, and wrapping them in a loop is both a challenge and a huge opportunity, especially for companies.

One of my future plans is to focus on this and help people and companies figure it out (through webinars, 1:1 work, building teams with the right AI focus). For now, I’m just working on this direction.

By the way, if you are a company that understands it’s falling behind in AI implementation but has the desire (both in top management and among employees) - write to @rvnikita, let’s work together.
