Discovery of the day - Chrome supports Apple's Screen Time. This way, you can set limits not only on apps but also on websites. For example, you can limit overall Instagram usage to X minutes.
To do this, you need to:
1) Enable Screen Time on both devices
2) Enable the Share across devices setting in Screen Time
3) In Chrome, enter chrome://flags/ in the address bar and switch the Screen Time toggle to Enabled.
4) Restart Chrome
