Cones and Parking: How to Avoid Fines

<p>Returning to cones on cars (as well as work vests, helmets under glass, etc.). If construction or other work is happening nearby, workers may, in violation of the rules, park their cars. If they receive a fine, they can relatively easily contest it in court with a stack of documents. To avoid wasting their own or the police's time, they mark their cars with construction elements (often cones). This doesn’t guarantee that there won’t be a fine, but it significantly increases the chances.</p>
