Continuing the topic of robotics. An important event happened quite unnoticed - the first step of a full-sized humanoid on a flat surface.
In general, the guys at Unitree are cool, as they make hardware that is already quite affordable, but, obviously, prices will continue to decrease.
Overall, robotics is very interesting and seems to attract significantly less attention than the software branch of progress. For example, I recently listened to an interesting podcast featuring Boston Dynamics CEO Robert Playter on Lex Fridman.
