Currently, robot production is linear - it requires people, space, and capital. Once robots can assemble themselves accurately enough, this limitation is lifted. Each new robot produces the next one itself - production becomes recurrent.

1X has already shown a video where their Neo helps assemble the next Neo. Figure AI is building the BotQ factory with the same idea.
