Currently, the app is only available in the US App Store, but access is expected to expand to other countries soon (Russia is unlikely to be included).
The app syncs chat history across devices (and the website) and includes the latest improvements to the OpenAI model. Thanks to integration with the open-source speech recognition system Whisper, the app also supports voice input. Subscribers to the paid ChatGPT Plus version get exclusive access to GPT-4 capabilities, early access to new features, and faster responses.
The Android version will be available later.
