1. Overly large and detailed CLAUDE.MD files confuse the harness and the model, reducing efficiency.
2. Some of what you described in CLAUDE.MD becomes irrelevant in the new model, as it can handle it "out of the box."
3. A good first action in the new model is the prompt "let's review CLAUDE.MD and skills and remove everything that's unnecessary and outdated with the new model."
