🎤 Today at 5 PM Moscow time (10 AM New York) I will be speaking at the free online conference "AI for Business".
Topic: "Processes on Autopilot: How to Build an AI Harness for Organizational Tasks and What It Really Takes from the Team"
I will talk about how we automate work and communication with parents in a nonprofit children's studio in New York, where I am a co-founder — without a budget for heavy CRM and without a staff for routine tasks.
I will cover
• the three eras that models have gone through: prompt → context → harness
• six implementation rules that I have derived from my mistakes
• where we got burned: sending a letter to a mom with the wrong name and a month of silently lost applications
Come listen and ask questions — there will be time for them after the talk.
