IPO prices adjusted for splits versus today:
NVIDIA - $0.04 → $201
Apple - $0.10 → $292
Google - $2.13 → $368
Microsoft - $0.07 → $388
Amazon - $0.075 → $237
Tesla - $1.13 → $386
None of these stories looked obvious at the start, and each had downturns of 50-80%. The winner wasn't the one who guessed the entry point, but the one who had the patience not to sell.
SpaceX might end up in this lineup, or it might not - this can't be calculated in Excel in advance. But if it does, the rewards go to those who got in early and held on.
