<p>Lifehack 2:</p>
<p>Create two profiles on YouTube. Use one (main) to watch useful content: for example, Stanford lectures, and the other (secondary) for useless, distracting, calming content (like lectures by Shulman or Dudya).</p>
<p>As a result, we get two different types of recommendations and can choose based on our current state/mood: to learn or just to consume.</p>
<p>For me, it solves the problem that recommendations always slide into information fast food.</p>
