Year-End Reflections and Planning

<p>It seems the time to summarize the year and plan for the next one is gradually creeping up on us.</p>
<p>I must admit that I didn’t really plan much this year, and overall I kind of floated in the clouds, but it was great anyway. For the new year, I want to approach things a bit more systematically.</p>
<p>I see that the framework <a href="https://yearcompass.com">https://yearcompass.com</a>; is hugely popular, but I’m curious about what else people are using? Are there any ideas, thoughts, frameworks, etc.? Share how you do it! What works and what doesn’t for you? And do you even summarize your year?</p>
