Following Shopify, Duolingo announced that they are now an "AI-first" company.
In my opinion, the first question a worker should ask a potential employer is, "Is LLM used in your work?" – if the answer is negative or, God forbid, the use of LLM is prohibited – you need to run, the company has no future.
Similarly with the worker – if they don’t know how to or don’t use LLMs in their work – they are already behind everyone else.
