Developers must evolve from coders to managers who:
1) Can articulate tasks very clearly with all details
2) Understand the process of solving them
3) Can quickly evaluate the results
All others will be left behind.
P.S. This means that good developers will be even more in demand, while bad ones (and those who think they can create production-ready products with vibe coding without understanding) will not.
