🎤 Guys, I've been invited to speak on the R-Founders broadcast "How the role of founders and managers is changing in 2026"
I'll be talking about what I'm currently thinking about the most: how to decide what to do yourself, what to delegate to an AI agent, and what to leave to a human. Agents are already taking over some of the work, but not all of it, and this boundary is constantly shifting. Sometimes it's enough to tell an agent "figure it out and decide," while other times it's better to close the laptop and think with a pencil. This raises questions about how deeply a founder now needs to understand technology and how much freedom to give agents. I believe that the ability to distinguish such tasks is now the main skill of a founder.
Besides me, there will be:
- Andrey Anishchenko (@aaaaanischenko), co-founder of Skillbox - with the thesis "managers are no longer needed"
- Roman Ivliev (@yetanotherworld), program director of TeamLead Conf - about CTOs in a world where code is written not only by developers
- Dima Beseda (@dimabeseda), co-founder of Spiry - believes the role of the founder has hardly changed
- Elvina Abibullaeva (@baby_igap), founder of media ЩУКА / PIKE - about new sincerity in content
- Elvira Rybina (@elya_jellyfish), ex AppsFlyer - about business and product owners in times of black swans and AI
- Katya Kurasheva (@katyagrows), founder of R-Founders, hosts the broadcast
October 29 at 15:00 Moscow time (8:00 New York time), I will speak at approximately 16:20 MSK (9:20 New York time).
