I'll talk about what I've been working on for the past year. I help a non-profit children's studio in New York — they have no budget for a heavy CRM or to hire people for routine tasks. Instead, we automate work and communication with parents using AI agents.
I'll show a live system: how a request comes into the work chat, how the agent gathers context and drafts a response, and where the human element remains in all of this.
And I'll honestly talk about the mistakes.
