Microsoft Announces GitHub Copilot X

Microsoft announced GitHub Copilot X with new features for developers.

If you're a developer and you're not coding with Copilot yet, you're living in the Stone Age.

So, what's new in version X:

Copilot Chat - the ability to discuss a piece of code. This is something that's currently very much lacking, and you have to copy code into GPT-4 and back.

Copilot for Pull Request - AI in team collaboration.

Copilot CLI - AI in the command line.

Copilot doc - thanks to the extended version of GPT-4 and a size of 32,000 tokens, you can now “stuff” all the documentation of a separate library. Goodbye outdated module version advice.

To make life not so sweet, there's a separate waitlist for each feature.

Copilot CLI waitlist: https://t.co/I09ohYr0N3
;
