**Hello everyone. I'm once again trying to delegate part of my routine to a remote employee. Overall, it seems that at least 80% of these tasks should be handled by AI, but reality is less optimistic than I want.
Most often, the tasks are related to
- one of the projects (various media projects/blogs) — gathering information, writing a post, publishing on different channels;
- operational tasks — negotiating advertising, gathering information, registering, etc.
Some tasks are repetitive (for example, compiling events in New York @bears_nyc), while others are more varied each time. I want to find a person/service that will take on the task, understand it, and I won’t have to monitor deadlines.
Actually, I want to ask for advice from those who have managed to establish this process:
1) How to do this correctly? Maybe there’s a book on this topic?
2) Share secrets in general on how to increase efficiency and quality.
3) Where do you look for such employees?
