π€ Starting a new topic in the lecture club - robotics.
I recently mentioned that I was considering Princeton's Intro to Robotics course, and decided not to delay - we will start discussing it from October 12. This is an introductory course by Anirudha Majumdar: motion planning, feedback control, state estimation and SLAM, machine learning for robotics (imitation learning, diffusion models, RL, vision-language-action models), and practice on Crazyflie quadcopters.
The format remains the same: everyone independently watches the lectures during the week, and on Monday we discuss for an hour on Zoom. For the first meeting, you need to watch two lectures (introductory and motion planning), then one per week.
π First meeting - Monday, October 12, 10am ET / 5pm MSK
