I am confident that in the near future, some court decisions, especially in cases of low complexity (for example, minor lawsuits, fines, administrative offenses), will be made by AI - at least in the first instance.
Currently, courts are overloaded with cases that actually have simple and unambiguous solutions. Such processes can drag on for months or even years, taking up resources that could be directed to truly complex and contentious cases.
