1. Restart the computer
2. Open Activity Monitor (Mac) or Task Manager (Win)
3. Export the list of all active processes to Claude Code
4. Ask: "what's unnecessary? what can be killed/deleted and why?"
5. Manually kill and delete what sounds reasonable
The computer immediately works faster. No need to Google each process individually.
